For over 30 years, helping people has been at the heart of everything I do. I spent much of my career as a sign language interpreter, serving the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community. That work taught me the power of communication, trust, and truly meeting people where they are.
Fitness became a constant in my life through many seasons — from aerobics and running, to strength training, marriage, motherhood, and balancing a demanding career. My own journey wasn’t about chasing perfection; it was about learning consistency, self-care, and confidence along the way.
Today, as an NASM Certified Personal Trainer I bring those real-life experiences into my work as a fitness coach. I understand busy schedules, body image struggles, and how intimidating fitness can feel — especially when you’re starting (or restarting).
